Ashish is responsible for managing the company’s finances, which includes financial planning, record-keeping, expenditure & forecast reporting, and financial compliance & risk management.

He takes his role of CFO (Chief Finance Officer) very seriously, for good. He keeps the company’s finances under control and always gives the best finance-related advice.

His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Financefrom the ------- institute in Hyderabadand pursued Master’s in ----- from ------. His first job was with the ---- company as an Accounts Executive in the year 2007, then moved to -------- company in the year 2009, followed by ---- company in 2012 and finally to PPN Network as CFO in the year 2017.

He has an impressive 10 Years of experience in Financial Planning and budgeting and handling Revenue Assurance.

Over these years in PPN Network, Ashish has managed the multi-layered and complex financial audits for the company.

His strategic mind and tactical approach handle the competitors quite flawlessly. He very well knows when and where to invest the company’s resources to realize their best interests.

Apart from finance management, he endeavors to make a perfect balance between the company’s human assets and resources.

Pranay, the CTO & co-founder of the company, having profound practical knowledge of the technical field, has been able to use his expertise to lead the team through these years.

He is an Entrepreneur, Technology Influencer & Start-up Evangelist, who has initiated and implemented digital transformation and business growth for internationally renowned brands in the domain.

Ashish holds an impressive educational background, starting from BBA in Marketing & Information Technology from Birla Institute of Technology then MSC in Information Technology and followed by MCA from Punjab Technical University in the year 2010.

After spending a few months at Network18 Media as a Functional Consultant, he started his own company ‘WeDigTech’ in 2010, became co-founder of OVAL Digital, a New York based company, in April 2015, and also shares partnership with ‘Startup Chaupal’.

His excellence and 360-degree vision oversee the growth, development, and quality of the product from all possible angles before deployment. His consistency and hard work are responsible for making PPN Network Asia's top GPS tracking company.

As the Chief Technology Officer and a member of the PPN Network management team, he supervises the team, manages organizational values, interacts with each and every member of the company and keeps their spirit high. He is also an active member and mentor in The Indus Entrepreneurs TiE- Rajasthan.He manages quite well with all these roles.

After being a constant part of the Telecom & Education industry for about fifteen years, Payal started walking towards a path following her vision- To do something to ensure the safety and security of our society and nation.

Her journey, being the director of PPN Network, started in the year 2017. Remembering her days of struggle, she says, “We live in a male-dominated world where a woman has to face a lot of criticism in order to succeed. And, sodid I. But my goal was very clear and nothing could stop me from achieving it.”

She holds a BA degree in Economics and completed her Master’s in ----- in the year. She is having a remarkable career background, starting from her first-ever role in the year --- as a Marketing Manager in ---- Pvt. Ltd Pune , moved to ----- company Bombay in 200X taking over the responsibilities of Customer Service Manager , and finally switched to PPN Network as the Managing Director.

She envisioned being a part of a company that focused on ensuring people’s safety and she achieved it with her continuous efforts, commitment, and stem-like stability. For her appreciable work in this field, she was honored with the ‘Technical Women Award’.
