Basic steps to check the status of the vehicle
1.Once login click on Live tracking screen
2.There you will be able to see the vehicle status in the represented colours
Green = Running
Orange = Idle
Red = Stopped
Blue = Inactive
Grey = No Data
3.To check the Object status follow the below Steps
- Click on Report in that you need to click on Activity
-Click on Object Status and select the vehicle
-Click on the apply button to check the object status
4.Step to check the Data received on Server
- Click on Report in that you need to click on System Logs
-Select the vehicle that you want to check the log
-There you will be able to see the latest data that is received on server for that vehicle
-Click on status to check the data string and if there will be any error then it will be displayed on that status detail
-You will be able to see the system log for past 7 days only.

Step to generate the Report for rented vehicle
1.Once after login you need to click on Report module
2.Click on the Reports and in that click on Travel Summary
3.Search the vehicle and click on Apply button
4.The summary for the report will be displayed
5.You can schedule the report by Click on the Calendar icon that will be on the right top corner
6.Click on + Create Schedule Report and set the timing that you want to schedule the report.
7.You will receive the report as per the schedule timing.
8.When you click on Travel summary after selecting the vehicle there you will be able to see the travel summary for that vehicle


Step to check OBD parameter information
1.Once after login you need to click on Tracking module
2.Then select the vehicle and click on the vehicle on map
3.Click on the OBD parameter tab and the information will be displayed
4.Also you can expand the object list and for that vehicle click on the health monitor button
5.You will be able to see the Fault code or Issue that is reported by OBD

Report to check the OBD
1.Click on Report module and Click on OBD
2.Then click on Engine Temperature and select the vehicle
3.Information for the engine temperature will be displayed
4.Also to view in chart format for the Temperature
5.To view the Battery voltage you can select battery voltage in OBD Report
6.Select the vehicle and Battery voltage detail will be displayed

Step to track Child from Parent Mobile application
1.Once launch the Btrack Parent app you need to enter the registered mobile number and the password
2.You will be able to see the status for the Child or the Live tracking of trip in progress
3.If any pick up of child is there then it will displayed in Notification
3.In history you will be able to see the tirp that is Visited,Missed and History.
4.In Profile tab you will be able to see the schedule information
5.Parent will be have an option to select the pick up and drop point
6.Also there is option to set the reminder when bus reaches at near by area or the selected kilometer

Step to Configure Tariff plan
1.Once after login you need to click on Setting module
2.Then you need to click on Billing
3.Click on Vehicle Tariff
4.Click on + add button
5.Enter the details for the Tariff
6.Click on + Price Slab to add the price slab and Enter the details
7.Save the Tariff plan

Step to Configuration of Payment
1.Once after login you need to click on Setting module
2.Then you need to click on Admin
3.Double click on already created Admin
4.Click on Payment Tab and Add the Payment Gateway

To add the Tariff Plan
1.Click on Setting Module
2.Then you need to click on Billing and select Tariff plan
3.Click on the + Add the Tariff plan and enter the details of the Tariff Plan
4.You can add the price slab and Applicable charges that is Tax accordingly in the tarrif plan

Also by click on Wallet option the payment screen will be displayed

Step to rent vehicle
1.Once after login you need to click on Dashboard module
2.There you will be able to see the available vehicle and Rented vehicle
3.Select the vehicle and click on place order to start renting
4.Geofence is to be created and that vehicle need to be in geofence
5.Enter the details as the charges will be generated as per the tariff plan that is created
6.Click on Save button

Step to generate invoice
1.Once after login you need to click on Dashboard module
2.There you will be able to see the available vehicle and Rented vehicle
3.Select the vehicle that is already rented and click on Generate invoice
4.Enter the details as per the rent time and return time, charges will be displayed as per the tariff plan
5.Click on Send Email to send email to the customer or you can print the invoice

Step to rent a vehicle from mobile app
1.Once after the application is launched the dashboard page will appear
2.Available vehicle or vehicle that are on Rent will be displayed
3.Click on available and the available vehicles will be displayed
4.Select the vehicle and click on place order
5.Enter the details and Save the page
6.The vehicle will be moved from available to vehicle on rent
7.If you want to generate invoice then select the rent tab and then click on Generate invoice button
8.Enter the details with rent time and return time
9.Click on save button then invoice will be generated that will be with the formate of pdf or can send via Email.
